Human Resources Manager

Status: Approximately 32 hours/week

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, from an accredited college or university is required.

Responsibilities: Leads, directs, plans and coordinates policies and activities of the human resources department in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and as directed by the Executive Director/Administrator. Primarily responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining staff.
